Cheerful is a brand- Leah is the creator.  

I started Cheerful around 2019 as the Cheerful Realtor, while I was coaching a local high school cheer team. Coaching has been fun but I realized that I do enjoy communicating with people and helping them get to where they want to be.  This is important in real estate, but it was VERY important in the event world as well.  I was immersed in the wedding industry a decade ago when I started working for Flip Flop Sounds, managing client relations and being a wedding DJ.  While I am still out there DJing from time to time because I love the atmosphere and music in my veins, I have decided to mold my interests into a new venture, that being furniture and design into events!  Real estate and staging have taught me that you have to appeal to the masses, but in more intimate settings, I can work with clients to create a lux lounge, photo backdrop, or cocktail seating arrangement that is unique to the couple. I can articulate an image from the ideas of customers who want a bespoke piece, a personality-packed area with rental furnishings tailored to the visions and vibe of the client. This is where I get to take all my expertise and love of design and geek out over furniture to create joy in another's experience.
